Dr. Jim Di Raddo, President

 

Jim Di Raddo is the son of immigrant father and grew up in Camden, NJ.  He began following Jesus at age 17.  He attended Asbury University (BA), Temple University (MDiv.)  and Luther Rice for his D. Min.  Jim traveled and conducted crusades and seminars for 25 years and was a church pastor for 35 years.  After stepping down from the pastorate, the emphasis of his ministry has been disciple-making in India among the villages and tribes.  Transition Dynamics Associates, Inc. was created to support a church mobilizing ministry in the USA and India for reaching the nations of the world for Jesus.  He is married to Colleen.  Jim has 4 children, David, Doug, Don and Denise and six grandchildren and three great grand children.

Dr. Colleen Di Raddo, Vice President

 

Colleen Di Raddo has been always involved in change.  As a counselor, teacher, consultant, administrator and coach, the common theme in her career has been working with people or organizations who want change.  She likes working with people and making connections.  Colleen is a “mobilizer.”  Now, working as the Director of the new Lausanne Global Counsel, she works to connect global mission minded churches, organizations and educational institutions to Lausanne and to each other while supporting Lausanne in prayer and with annual financial contributions.    She also is on the US National Coordinating Team (NCT) for Simply Mobilizing, an international organization with the vision to see all God’s people engaged in the world Christian movement by developing a missional worldview.  She enjoys working together with her husband, Jim, a retired Presbyterian pastor who is a teacher-mobilizer in the US and north India and a Lausanne Mentor.  They currently reside on the farm where Colleen grew up, north of Baltimore, Maryland.
